Live Queensland Transport Certificates

QT Certificates are now only available via approved brokers.

From the 9th of June 2009, Queensland Transport Certificates are only available via an approved broker. We are the only approved broker with both a direct Land Titles brokerage and a full in-house Property Enquiries service - which means no outsourcing and faster, more efficient delivery of your certificates.

Using the new live service, results for cleared properties will appear instantly to screen and also be saved in your i-Docs (Doc Manager). If a property is unable to be cleared online then results will be returned to your Doc Manager and additional information including plans etc. will be forwarded automatically for fast, efficient results.

The Property Enquiry Team (PET) provides full National Property Enquiries service (where available), all ordered and delivered online!
