Following the successful launch of the WA Live Service in May 09 (including Titles, Plans and other documents), we are pleased to provide our customers with live access to WA Sales History data. This extensive data suite will provide you with valuable insights in relation to property sales information.

Using this service, you are able to search information on single or multiple parcels, returning information on past sales, land area, longitude/lattitude and owner details. To define your search, you will need either lot/plan, vol fol, street address or suburb, owner name, register number or property name.

All results are stored in your Order Manager to provide quick and easy access to ordering more information at a later point, including follow-up searches for Titles and Plans.
