  • Title searches: A land title or title deed is a legal document confirming possession of land. Perform a title search if you need to identify the land description, the registered proprietor(s), or any instruments, dealings or encumbrances associated with the land title.
  • Registered plans: A copy of the title plan or registered plan as lodged at the Land Titles Office. Perform a plan search showing the surveyor, area, easements and boundary information.
  • Dealings / instruments: A dealing or instrument is any document affecting a land title or title ownership. Perform a dealing search if you need to get copies of mortgage documents, caveats, easements, transfers etc.
  • Document status Enquiry: Shows the status of a dealing within the Titles Office. It will show the status, location, processing state, controlling party details and relevant dates for a nominated dealing number.
  • Property ownership search: A NSW name search checks the land registry by the person or company name supplied. Perform a property ownership search if you need information on a proprietor's current property ownerships and/or leases.
  • Address search: A NSW address search provides access to title and plan details based on street address. Perform this search if you don't have access to the title reference lot/plan information.
  • LPI valuation certificates: LPI valuation certificates display information based on NSW Land Registry data. Perform a search for an LPI valuation certificate if you need information including property value estimates, sales history and auction results, market prices, checks, activities and trends.
  • Aerial photographs: High resolution aerial photography can be provided based on either street address or lot/plan information. Search for aerial photographs if you are looking for cadastral property boundaries and nearby features.
  • Title history search: A title history search provides information on changes to a specific title since the current ownership commenced.
  • Lease search: The lease search shows lease expiry date and unregistered dealings associated with a title.
  • Bill of sale: Bills of sale are used to establish which parties have possession or legal claim over particular goods.
  • ADIS Deeds: The Automated Deeds Indexing System (ADIS) contains most of the early land records for NSW.
  • SCIMS marks search: The Survey Control Information Management System (SCIMS) contains coordinates and related information for survey marks and is maintained for the purposes of cadastral boundary definition, engineering surveys, and mapping.
  • Power of attorney: Provides an attorney name for a dealing, or the dealings associated with a given attorney or company in reference to Power of Attorney status.
  • Sydney and Hunter water searches: A variety of Sydney water authority information, including sanitation & drainage diagrams, rates and water certificates.
  • Property Enquiries: Typically conducted during conveyancing, property enquiries provide clearance information to satisfy the purchaser that there are no authorities with an interest in a property. For NSW these include certificates from The Central Register of Restrictions (CRR).
  • OSR land tax clearance cert.: Provided by the Office of State Revenue, this shows if any outstanding land tax is payable on a parcel of land.
  • Telco cable: Provides information in relation to the layout of telecommunications cabling for a specific property.
  • Sales history: Contains full sales history on a property.
