- Title searches: A certificate of title or title deed is a legal document confirming possession of land. Perform a title search if you need to identify the land description, the registered proprietor(s), or any instruments, dealings or easements associated with the land title.
- Registered plans: A copy of the survey plan or registered plan as lodged at the Land Titles Office. Perform a plan search showing the surveyor, area, easements and boundary information.
- Building Unit Plan (BUP) / Group Titles Plan (GTP): Provides information on these strata types based on building name or strata plan number

Dealing images provide actual copies of mortgages, transfers etc, whereas dealing statements show the status of a dealing, location, processing state, controlling party details and relevant dates for a nominated dealing number.
- Property ownership search: A QLD name search checks the land registry based on a person or company name. Perform a property ownership search if you need information on a proprietor's current property ownerships and/or leases.
- Address search: A QLD address search provides access to title and plan details based on street address. Perform this search if you don't have access to the title reference lot/plan information.
- Aerial photographs: High resolution aerial photography can be provided based on either street address or lot/plan information. Search for aerial photographs if you are looking for cadastral property boundaries and nearby features.
- QLD Settlement Notice: Lodgment of a QLD Settlement Notice prevents and dealings being undertaken on a land title during the settlement period. An essential product in your conveyancing information suite.
